Our approach

A property transaction is a story in three chapters.
We write all of them with you.

Your file · Chapter 01 · Before signing

This is a Land Registry (Tabu) extract. This is how we read it.

Every deal starts with a document most people don't understand. Click each marking to see what we check, and why it matters to you.

01 · Warning note

What it is
An entry warning that someone has already made a commitment regarding the property.
The risk
If a note is registered in favor of another party, the property may not be free to sell.
What we do
We check in whose favor it was registered, and make sure it is removed or registered in your favor.
Have a Tabu extract? Send it to us on WhatsApp and we will go over it. →

From the field

₪50,000,000

One deal. Full support.

In December 2024, Adv. Nurit Lifshitz represented private landowners in the sale of a logistics center in the Modi'in region for NIS 50 million to a new REIT fund. The same thoroughness, in every deal, of every size.

A transaction is judged on its own merits; this does not guarantee a similar result.

Portrait of Adv. Nurit Lifshitz Ofek

Nice to meet you

Adv. Nurit Lifshitz Ofek.
A lawyer, and sometimes a psychologist too.

Nurit knew at 20 that real estate was her field, when she managed commercial properties at the Sagi Group. From there she went on to study law, worked for years in the real estate department of a large law firm, and opened her own practice.

Today the firm supports complex real estate transactions, purchase groups and combination (kombinatzia) deals, and in recent years has focused on representing apartment owners in urban renewal: from organizing the compound and the developer tender through to completion of the project.

  • Member of the Israel Bar Association's Urban Renewal Committee
  • Member of the Bar's Property and Land Forum
  • Selected for Magdilim's "Real Estate Women 2024" list

In urban renewal, and especially when representing apartment owners, a large part of the work as a lawyer is being a kind of psychologist, and understanding the needs and wishes of the apartment owners.

What does a preliminary review of a property include?

A Land Registry (Tabu) extract, planning status and permits, debts and liens, and the rights of third parties in the property.

How long does a sale transaction take?
